Learners will acquire skills and knowledge to assess situations, provide life-saving first aid, manage casualties, and provide initial care for medical conditions until professional medical help arrives. It also includes learning how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and perform advanced CPR.

This combined HLTAID009 (CPR) and UETDRMP018 (Perform Rescue from a Live LV Panel) course gives you the skills and knowledge required to respond safely to cardiac emergencies and electrical incidents in the workplace. This training meets national requirements for electrical workers who must renew their CPR and LVR certificate every 12 months.
